Can a person from the U.S. with withheld adjudication on felony charges visit Canada in the U.s. I am un convicted.

Good question Joe, I don’t believe that’s possible though. If you have a felony charges in either U.S or Canada they both share “the same” files, which causes you to be banned in both countries. (Convicted or not).

Ban = if your visa expired in the states and you are trying to “run” to Canada this might affect your stay in Canada indeed.
